General Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm. Late checkouts may be subject to additional charges, and based on availability.
2. Please carry valid and original identification, required for verification purposes.
3. Swimming pool can be used only by registered in-house guests and not by the accompanying guest.
4. Swimming Pool operates from 7 Am to 7 Pm. A swimming Costume (made of Nylon, Lycra or Polyester) is mandatory to access the Pool. Bermudas / Three Forth Pants / Night Dresses / Pyjamas are not permitted.
5. Visitors are not permitted to access the resident area.
6. Photoshoots at the resort is permitted only with additional charges. Pre-booking is mandatory.

Cancellation Rules

1. If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
2. If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
3. If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
4. If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
