The Grande Bay Community Safety Guidelines

As a community, we are strongest together. Help us help you travel again, by going through and adhering to the following Safety Guidelines.

On Arrival

  1. Please provide personal details (travel history, medical condition etc.) along with your ID and self declaration form at the reception
  2. Kindly cooperate with us for temperature checks - contactless, of course, to ensure your safety
  3. Please use the Aarogya Setu app to stay updated

General Resort Safety Guidelines

  1. Please follow physical distancing norms of at least 6 feet everywhere in the resort - valet, check-in, dining, bar, banquet hall, pool, open spaces and other common areas.
  2. Face masks are mandatory in all common areas
  3. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds at regular intervals
  4. Hand sanitizers/soaps are placed around the resort and in your rooms for your convenience and safety
  5. While coughing/sneezing, please cover your mouth and nose with a tissue/handkerchief and dispose of it carefully in the bins provided around the property
  6. Please do report any illness immediately to the management
  7. Please do not spit inside the premises! This puts us all at risk of infection
  8. You can be assured that our hospitality team will maintain a two-feet distance in all forms of interactions

Restaurant and Dining Guidelines

  1. Please book your table reservation prior to your meal
  2. The restaurant allows only asymptomatic guests - you have in-room dining as an alternative if you experience any symptoms
  3. Seating arrangements in the restaurant are in such a way that adequate physical distancing is maintained
  4. Contactless ordering is enabled with QR codes placed on the table
  5. We have temporarily stopped buffets and have switched to a la carte menu to minimize contact and shared spaces. Our menu is still as extensive as ever though!
  6. As per Government norms, air-conditioning will be maintained in the range of 24-30 degree celsius

In-Room Dining Guidelines

  1. To ensure contactless delivery, all in-room orders will be left at the entrance of the room
  2. Our hospitality team have been advised not to enter guest rooms without prior requests from the guests; when they do, they will maintain physical distancing norms
  3. Kindly bear with us if we take slightly longer than usual to deliver your orders. We have strict protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for you!
  4. Once you are done with your meal, we request you to leave the tray outside your room
